Product Description

                                                   Steam generator unit
Steam generator unit is representative products of our company, based on second-class chassis, it is refitted by adding platform, carriage, power machine, water pump, driving system, truck-mounted special boiler, burner, wind supply system, oil& water tank, piping system and operation system and other components. It is mainly used for cleaning paraffin in the tubing and oil pipeline, unfreeze the ground pipeline and dilute the crude; it may be as mobile heating resource which is widely used to heat other medium and cleanout equipments. Optional components:380VAC burner, diesel engine, overtemperature& overpressure protection system, hydraulic lifting platform. High temperature and high pressure steam produced by the truck mounted boiler can be widely used to heat medium, cleanout equipment, It has a significant effect on improving oil production, improving paraffin removal operation conditioins, reducing labor intensity and reducing operating costs. Optional chassis: North Benz/Shaanqi / SINOTRUK/Dongfeng, driving type:4x2,  6×4,6×6.
The equipment is the idea device of oilfield paraffin removal operation.
