Liner is divided into Ceramic Sleeve Liner, Double Metal Liner, Carburization & quenching Liner and Chrome-plated Liner


Ceramic Sleeve Liner 
Material of sleeve is Zirconia and its shell is 45#(ASTM1045)forged steel.

Double Metal Liner
Material for shell is forged steel pipe or seamless steel tube, 45#(ASTM1045). Normalizing hardness degree is 160BHN(HB180-200), percentage elongation 17%(δ>17%),tensile strength not less than 85000PSI(σb>610Mpa), Flexural Strength not less than 60000PSI(σb>450MPa)and shell with HP.

Sleeve material is high chrome centrifugal, which is chrome containing 26-28%, its thickness 0.25~0.35 inch (6.35 -8.89mm. its standard thickness is 7mm and special thickness reduced has 3 kinds, 4mm, 4.5mm & 5mm. Normally, it means standard thickness if there is no special explanation ), quenching hardness HRC59-67.

Some special chemical composition will be adopted to use on the sleeve according to the requirement of the client or special working conditions
High Frequency, Carburization & quenching Liner Material is 20#(ASTM1020)seamless steel tube or forged steel. The bore will
be carburized first and then High Frequency quenching . The thickness of
Carburized layer is more than 1.5mm and hardness of the bore is HRC58-62


Chrome-plated Liner
 Material is 45#(ASTM1045)or 40Cr(ASTM5140)seamless steel tube or
forged steel. Thickness of chrome plated is 0.15~0.2mm and hardness of
its bore is HRC58-60

What's the order procedure?
A:Frist we disscuss order details,production detail by email or TM.Then we issue you an PI for your confirmation.You will be requested to do pr-epaid full payment or deposit before we go into production. After we get deposit,we start to process the order.We usually need 7-15days if we don't have the items in stock.Before production has been finished,we will contact you for shipment details,and the balance payment.After payment has been settled,we start to prepare the shipment for you.


How do you take care when you clients received defective products?
A:Replacement.If there are some defective items,we usually credit to our customer or replace in next shipment.
