 Rigid centralizers are with high supporting force and low starting force , thus enabling the casing smoothly down and at the same time stay at a high level.

Application
Solid rigid centralizers can be used in vertical wells, inclined wells, and well construction. 
However, the spring centralizers can be only used in vertical wells operation, as the spring centralizers can't support the heavy casing.

Aluminum material centralizer advantage:
They are made of high tensile, solid, cast aluminum, for shock, impact, and corrosion resistance.

 
Straight vane Solid Rigid Centralizers advantage:
The design of the vanes keeps running forces at a minimum.
The 360 degrees overlapping solid vane provides maximum wall contact and fluid swirl. Thus reduced flow area between the spiral blade and produces a vortex motion of the fluids for more fluid velocity with direction.



 Roller Centralizers advantages:
1. The roller makes it to be the sliding friction instead of rolling friction when the casing is down, thus greatly reduce the friction between the casing and the borehole wall.
2. Roller/Wheeled centralizers are mainly used for big high Roller, high deviated wells and horizontal wells, to center casings.
