Product Description

Wireline Pressure Control Equipment is used for testing and paraffin treatment in flowing oil well, gas well, water injection well and coal bed methane testing for cable logging with pressure or paraffin removal operation, could supply pressure buffer"and transition zone for string tools. In operation, the wellhead can be sealed when cable is static and dynamic state with pressure, or closed in the course of overflow and other unforeseen circumstances beyond controlling, to prevent blowout accidents. 

A typically Slickline, Wireline, Braided Line or Coiled Tubing PCE is mainly including:

Wellhead Adapter: Connect BOP and wellhead, with flanged and crossover types.
Tool Trap: Fixed above BOP and under lubricator, tool trap is used to prevent basic wireline tool string from falling downhole.
BOP/Wireline Valve: Installed between the lower lubricator section and tree connection (Wellhead). The BOP typically will hold pressure from below. It offers facilities for the emergency and contingency procedures. When closed, it enables the well pressure to be separated and released from the lubricator while keeping the wellbore valves open.
Hydraulic Stuffing Box: Controls the running of slickline into the lubricator and down the wellbore and contains any well pressure that may exist. Grease Injection Control Head: It's designed to lubricate wireline and seal off the well pressure through pumping grease into the flow tubes. Lubricator It's used to accommodate wireline tool string while rigging up, and during wireline operations, as well as when entering the wellbore and returning to surface.
Tool Catcher: Provides a method of capturing the toolstring in the event that the slickline / wireline is separated from the ropesocket / cablehead during wireline operations where the tools may come into forceful contact with the bottom of stuffing box or packoff / control head assembly.
Hay Pulley: Manipulate the direction of the wireline or cable from a horizontal position to a vertical position. Then route to the stuffing box from the the wireline unit.
Quick Test Sub: It's designed to save rig time while pressure testing a lubricator rig up, before exposing it to well pressure.

Features

1. Sealing head adopts the remote hydraulic control of the hand pressure pump, which can control the sealing effect of the wellhead in real time and ensure the safety and reliability of the operation process.
2. Equipped with tool catcher and tool trip to prevent the instrument string from falling into the well due to accidents after entering the BOP.
3. Lubricator provides pressure buffer and transition space for the instrument to be connected in series, and is used by the combination of multiple fast unions.
4. BOP is the necessary well control equipment for dealing with wellhead accidents and preventing blowout accidents.
5. Provide higher safety guarantee when operating on gas wells with high pressure and complex well conditions.
