The tire clutch is a friction clutch for compressed air, generally used in applications where large torque is required, such as for ball mill, large mechanical press, and the like. The tire clutch has the advantages of high transfer torque, smooth clutching, canulating, structural compact, automatic compensation of wear gap, convenient maintenance.

4. Structure work principle
The tire clutch can be divided into two types of radial and axial formats according to the mounting position of the tire and the friction plate. Among them, the radial aerial tire can be configured as two structural tires and double exhaust gas.
The tires are expanded when the compressed air is filled, and the air pressure is evenly distributed on the frictional assembly, so that the frictional assembly is pushed to hug the drum wheel mounted on the driven shaft. The frictional assembly is riveted by the aluminum pad and the friction plate and is guided by a torque rod fixed to the side plate.
The torque outputs from the reducer, passes through the active hub to the gas tire clutch, and then push the frictional assembly by the airfill inflation, and the power is transmitted to the driven drum.
When the drive is discharged, the clutch can be separated in the gas tire return spring and the centrifugal force. Since the compressed air intake pipe to the tires is rotated together with the proximal, the clutch input decelerator shaft is designed as a hollow shaft, and is connected to the external compressed air conduit by a mechanical sealing device.
