Piston assembly is the major part of the mud pump fluid end. The discharge pressure of mud pump is generated by the up-and-down motion of the piston in the cylinder. 
Our liners can be used in various drilling operation conditions. Double metal liner coat used in forging steel production, inner the coat of premium liners is made from forged blank. Endotheca is made of the centrifugal casting high chromium materials, and the inner sleeve reach HB285-330 after normalizing. Honing roughness can reach more than Ra0.8 after grinding. Our product has the characteristics of the wear resistance, corrosion resistance,high precision and long service life. Our products can be fitted to all souts of conditions.

 

Piston assembly is the expendable parts at the drilling pump hydraulic system, and it is one of the biggest wearing parts of drilling work. 

The piston core is made of 42CrMo.

The piston rubber is also called the piston cup, its the expendable parts at the drilling pump hydraulic system, and it is one of the biggest wearing parts of drilling work. 

The piston rubber is made of rubber vulcanization. The material of ordinary piston rubber is NBR. But if you use the PU can enlarge the work temperature range.
