6) Introduction of Positive Casing Centralizer

Casing centralizers are to help center the casing in the wellbore, allowing even distribution of the cement around the casing during cementing operations.
The positive casing centralizers are uniquely designed with flat bottom U profile of different depths permitting maximum fluid passage.
 
7) Application of Positive Casing Centralizer

a. Used in most types of well designs.
b. Most suited for horizontal and directional well designs; favorable in cased hole situation.
 
8) Features of Positive Casing Centralizer:

a. With straight bows for casing operations, this device provides extremely high stand-off (concentricity) when run inside.
b. Permitting maximum fluid passage.
c. The installation is very convenient by setting two halves on the piece and inserting the pin in the end collar hinge.
d. The disassembled centralizers make a compact package, greatly reducing shipping cost.
