API standard oilfield stabilizers are manufactured from one solid bar of AISI 4145H modifed steel,usually have 3 blade or 4 blades.Professional heat-treatment process gurantees the mechanical strengths meet the requirments of API SPEC7-1.Hardness of 285-341HB can be assured bith 1'' beneath the outer suiface and 4 quadrant across the neck OD.

Replaceable sleeve stabilizer consists of mandrel and sleeve.The function is the same as spiral integral blade stabilizer.It can suit to different hole size and increase working life by changing the different size sleeve.The sleeve is threaded on the mandrel, so the sleeve can be fasten to the mandrel tightly and changed easily.
The working hard facing surface (also called as wall contact )materials available separately are carbide insert, insened diamond compound, low temperature brazing tungsten carbide slug and surface bead welding abrasive welding rod etc.

A5: Yes, we could. If you can provide the drawings, we can manufacture as per your drawings. If you don't have drawings, the samples are workable. After receiving your samples, we can measure and make a drawing, then manufacture as per the drawing.

Q6: What is your trade terms?
A6: EXW, FOB, CFR and CIF etc. all acceptable.

Q7: What's the Payment Terms ?
A7: 30% T/T after signing the contract and 70% balance before delivery.

Q8: What's the delivery time?
A8: For stocks in available, it could be shipped out within 3 days after receiving the prepayment. For products need to be produced, usually 35 working days.

Q9: What's the warranty time?
A9: Normally, it is 12 months after you receiving our products.
