1. Description
Casing Centralizer is a device used to place the casing at the center of the hole so as to improve the efficiency of the cementing. Super-strength spring steel is applied to centralize casing in wellbore,and improve cementing quality. It is an important device because if the Casing Centralizer touches the formation at any part of the hole, then cement slurry does not pass through the area of the contact resulting in a poor cementing job.

2. Types of centralizer we can offer
There are various types of Casing Centralizers used in the oil & gas industry, mining industry, but there are two primary types of centralizers normally be used : bow spring centralizer and rigid centralizer.
 Bow-Spring Centralizer
This type of centralizer is a bow-shaped metal strip used to centralize the casing in a borehole so as to improve the efficiency of cementing.
Bow spring centralizers are slightly larger in diameter than the well bore, so they become slightly compressed when inserted into the well bore. Bow spring centralizer are the most using type centralizers in the world. They are often used in vertical wells as there is near zero deviance in annular space about the tool. As per structure of the righting strip,the elastic centralizer can be divided into single bow centralizer and a double bow centralizer. Rigid Centralizer
This type of centralizer is built using steel or cast iron and works well with the deviated wellbores. It is not as effective as bow-spring centralizers.
Rigid centralizers are slightly smaller than the well bore. Rigid centralizer are more commonly used in deviated or horizontal well bores where the weight of the casing string would cause a bow spring centralizer to experience eccentric compression which could jeopardize the seal. The rigid casing centralizer can be divided into ordinary rigid centralizer and roller rigid centralizer.

A5: Yes, we could. If you can provide the drawings, we can manufacture as per your drawings. If you don't have drawings, the samples are workable. After receiving your samples, we can measure and make a drawing, then manufacture as per the drawing.

Q6: What is your trade terms?
A6: EXW, FOB, CFR and CIF etc. all acceptable.

Q7: What's the Payment Terms ?
A7: 30% T/T after signing the contract and 70% balance before delivery.

Q8: What's the delivery time?
A8: For stocks in available, it could be shipped out within 3 days after receiving the prepayment. For products need to be produced, usually 35 working days.

Q9: What's the warranty time?
A9: Normally, it is 12 months after you receiving our products.
